Good location close to beach and entertainment center. Rooms are clean, equipped and organized. Fair Price
There is no elevator, breakfast served in room and very limited

The staff immediately made us feel comfortable in a friendly family type of way. We were surprised to find snacks in the fridge every morning. They lent us chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Internet service and printing of boarding passes was available in their lobby. This felt more like a B&B than a hotel. The location is superb!
It was perfect as the staff seemed like they were always there to help.

The hotel is in good area.
The breakfast is a shame... There is nodody at the reception from 10h30 P.m to 8h30 am. They give you any receipt for your money because you booking online. The hotels at the neighboorhood have valet parkink, Viscay Hotel, no.

Comfortable, casual hotel. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. A great value compared to other hotels in south beach. Excellent location 1 block off beach and close to shopping. Front desk kindly granted us late check out with no problems. Our room was towards back of hotel, no issues with noise. A/c in room worked great.
Defintely not a true continental breakfast, a couple packaged muffins and 2 bottles of OJ. Parking is 1 block away for additional $24/ day with unlimited entry/exit.

Reasonably priced place, I really enjoyed extremely friendly personnel.
The service was perfect with parking onsite.

The location to the activity of South Beach was excellent, but was quieter than staying on Ocean Blvd. The room was serviceable and the price was right. The guys working the front desk were very helpful.
Not really a "didn't like", but if you want a lot amenities or food service facility this is not your place.

For those who want to go to Ocean Drive, this hotel has a great localization. In my opinion that avenue sucks. A lot of prostitutes and "trying-to-be" fashion people showing their bodies and cars. If you're single it can be a good choice.
The cleanliness of the room was awful. If you turn off the air-conditioning you can hear the noise of all the hotel.

Perfect spot for couples looking to relax
The staff was friendly helping us check in early and our room reminded me of home from the start. They even provided beach towels and umbrellas which was a lifesaver in the blazing Miami sun.
It wasn't inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

We liked the size of the room which was very large& airy, there was a king sized bed, good closet space. There was also a sofa which folded out into a double bed if required. We appreciated the kitchen alcove & the size of the fridge which had a seperate freezer. The room was clean and comfortable & there was a large tv which was attached to the wall so there was no wasted space. The hotel was only 1 block away from the beach and a main restaurant/bar area. The staff were pleasant. It was a bit noisy but that was to be expected given the hotel's handy location to the main beach area and we had no problems with that.
I think they should change the "breakfast provided" to perhaps "snack tray provided" because it wasn't really breakfast but there were loads of cafes close by where you could get a full breakfast if you wanted it. There wasn't a lift so getting heavy cases up & down the stairs was a bit difficult but the hotel only has 2 floors so once again that was to be expected - perhaps they should advertise ground floor rooms for older guests.

The hotel's South Beach location is very noisy. Great if you're planning to party all night; not so great otherwise.

Good position if you like to stay in Miami Beach. Very clean bathroom, confortable beds, large room. Very kind staff (most of all the two ladies at the info point outside the hall). Free internet at the hall with two personal computers.
Impossible to sleep before 5-6 am, but maybe it's the same in all the hotels nearby. Breakfast included it's not a real breakfast, you just fine something in your room and mini-refrigerator.
